TRAINING AND SENDING THE NEXT WAVE OF GOSPEL WORKERS TO THE NATIONS NEAR AND FAR.
We equip the next generation to engage unreached communities and serve effectively in the midst of the global movement of people.

WHERE WE SERVE
Our ministry locations are intentionally selected to leverage cross-cultural training in the midst of the global movement of people, while partnering with international organizations to place the next gen among unreached communities.
NASHVILLE, TN
Our flagship training hub, where global workers get equipped for cross-cultural ministry while serving locally among the vibrant refugee/immigrant population alongside our outreach team.
ATHENS, GREECE
Our strategic international launch pad, where program participants get the opportunity to experience the refugee highway and catch a vision for God’s global work through the diaspora in a short term capacity.
GLOBAL INTERNSHIPS
Our internships are offered through our Forge program, where trained individuals spend a full semester overseas working alongside seasoned missionaries and church planters, transforming what they learned into practice among unreached peoples.
THE MISSION FIELD IS NO LONGER “OVER THERE”.
IT’S EVERYWHERE.
The global landscape of missions is shifting. For generations, mission work meant sending long-term workers to remote places, but today the nations are on the move. Refugees, migrants, and students from unreached regions are now living in cities across Europe, America, and Asia. This unprecedented diaspora brings the mission field to our doorstep—yet the Western church struggles with cultural compromise and a lack of readiness. The opportunity has never been greater, but the workers remain few.

OUR TRAINING AND SENDING PIPELINE
Our program pipeline equips students, young adults, and church groups with progressive opportunities to grow in cross-cultural understanding, experience hands-on ministry, and step into global mission. Each stage builds vision, develops formation, and mobilizes workers for gospel work among the unreached and unengaged.
