Our Strategy & Measure of Success

How do we do what we do?

Nextwave prepares students for cross-cultural ministry, partners in Gospel work with local churches and like-minded mission organizations, and places the next generation on global and local field to meaningfully serve in the advancement of God’s kingdom.

How do we know we’ve accomplished our mission?

We believe that our faithfulness to the mission the Lord has given us will result in the following five outcomes:

1. The Next Generation will engage in global missions abroad and champion missions in their local churches.

2. The Nations will hear the gospel both across the seas and here in our cities and communities.

3. The Local Church will view the Next Gen in their churches as key assets in obeying the Great Commission and, as a result, churches will be encouraged and empowered to reach the nations around them.

4. A multitude of Next Gen gospel workers will be mobilized and sent from among the diaspora peoples who have come to live in North America.

5. Missional leaders from the Next Gen - from ethnic majorities and minorities - will be identified, trained, and deployed to plant churches among the diaspora peoples in North America and across the world.

Our Long-Range Vision

Where do we see God taking us?

We see ourselves as part of a movement that will send out a wave of 10,000 workers among the nations.
